Nives joined the Medium in her first year, following her breakout review of 2009's classic Confessions of a Shopaholic. She led the Arts & Entertainment section for two years, where she fell in love with campus theatre, the Toronto International Film Festival, and veal sandwiches. She then joined the hipsters at OCAD for her MFA in Criticism & Curatorial Practice, teal corduroy pants and all. One of these days, she hopes to get Instagram so she too can take sexy pictures of her food.
